Sending this email to let you know how disappointed I am about the flight my 6 yr son West Whitfild was on this morning from Rochester NY to Ft Lauderdale FL. The flight was delayed just a few min to MD. When he got to MD his seat was given away. Now he wIll not arrive in FL until 5 pm. The employees were rude when the your customers are displaces or delayed, great CUSTMER SERVICE is EVERYTHING. Why wasn't ND flight not notified that the flight was delayed? He said this is the worst day ever and he would like me to help him wright a letter.. Thanks
