Trying to resolve issue with getting my wife's Prescription plan we signed up for corrected.
Per the company customer service group, which leaves allot to be desires in training, educating the reps. Only 1 rep- Jasmine- seemed to be trying her best to assist, but she was even stoned wall by the "escalating Department", she was on hold for over 60 mins and never was phone answered, she was not able to even get a supervisor. I need to hear back so that my wife RX plan is corrected, proper premiums etc.
are set to go in effect 1-1-2020. Per this site I am not entering any personal information except for our names, which I would think could be looked up for all needed info.
