Virginia Talkington sent a message to James Blackledge that said:
I am simply trying to cancel a precription policy for my father who is 95 years old. I have now spent an hour or more getting the run around from the people who answer "customer service" which should be used lightly. I have answered the automated information requested and then sent to a human and they transfer me to someone else. That person does not have a clue how to cancel the policy. I can provide the varios phone numbers I am given just to find out that they need to transfer me. Even when I ask for a supervisor he wanted to transfer me. I am concerned for the elderly that do not have anyone to advocate for them. They are pretty much stuck. All I want to do is cancel a simple prescription policy. I truly know this is so below your pay grade but I can not find anyone who cares.
Hopefully you can get someone to cancel the policy for my dad.
Thank you!
