I have been trying to resolve a billing matter for nearly 12 months. Each month I call and spend time in hope that is the matter will be resolved. I am provided assurances it is. Utilmately, they next month the error reoccurs. There is not mean to elevate billing issues with in the Spectrum billing function. Each month me bill is wrong and when I pay the lesser correct amount. I am charged 8.95 in late fees.
This is not way to run a company, I feel you should know how poor Spectrum customer service is and how frustrating it is to be a customer. Brian 919 451-2291
