I have been with USAA for over 30 years. Recently I filled a Vehicle damage claim. The process has hit some sort of road block. I was informed that I needed to contact a individual. For the last two week I have called twice a day and after the first ring I get a voice mail. I am starting to wonder if I need to get a Lawyer involved. Also wondering if I should change companies.
