Dear Ms Johnson,
My 401(k) investment account was closed years ago. However, Fidelity has continuted to send me zero balance statements several times a year. Initially, I contacted Fidelity's agents three times to ask them to discontinue sending these statements without success. We are all busy people, and it is very frustrating to have to continue to deal with such mundane issues. I'm appealing to you as the CEO of Fidelity Investments to contact whomever appropriate to get the statement mailings cancelled. I know it's likely not in your job description to handle, but who else can take care of this if customer service and agents cannot.
