Dr. Mr. jelinek,
As a long time very satisfied Costco member, I am writing to you about Cisco's lost hearing aid policy.
MY wife lost her Kirkland hearing aid.Since this was her second loss for the same ear,she was told free replacement was not allowed.
This policy makes no sense.If you are entitled to *2 loses, why does it matter which ear.
I am very disappointed with this policy and most.unhappy that we have to.pay $800 for a replacement.
This is not the proper way Costco which has a outstanding warrant policy should respond.
