Your customer service dept just hung up on me 9:55am on 2/6.. My story .. Bought tv on Sat feb 1 2020. got confirm at 5:41 pm. set for store pic up on wed 2/5. on 2/4 4;42 pm you sent me an e mail canceling my order. on wed 2/5 i called and you said it was my fault as i did not respond to an e mail sent on 2/1 at 9:41.requesting ??? as i did not get it. I was upset and customer service said do you want the tv ... and in haste I said no. about 2 hours later i changed my mind and called back but the adjustment department was closed at 4:30. so I called today at 9: 30 am and the customer service dept was very curt and hung up on me... bottom line . I still want the tv at the price on saturday of 2999.99 .. please help thank you ... Order number BBY01-805689131433 has all notes and my contact info
