Good Afternoon, this is the first time ever contacting an owner. I have bought many cars from your company. I am a retired disabled Army Veteran along with my husband who is a Retired Duty Chief DFD. We retired and moved to Florida due to health reason.
The reason for writing this is my husband and I leased a new vehicle which as been in the Ford Service Department longer than we have had it. We were stranded out of town and had to get it towed to a Ford Dealership. We had to take it back when he arrived home again. All because it is not deemed as a Lemon we have to keep it. As I told Ford customer service Rep, I do NOT feel comfortable in that car. We spoke to a Rep of Ford Motor Company. She claims there is nothing that can be done. We wanted to lease another Ford vehicle but the outstanding balance is what is hindering us. I have always bought from your company please show us that your company cares about its buyers and help us. Sign an disabled Veteran.
