@DollarGeneral – Todd Vasos – Before I send another email or leave a voice mail that seem to not matter

Dani sent a message to Todd Vasos that said:

Before I send another email or leave a voice mail that seem to not matter to your district or regional "managers", I thought letting hopefully, you Mr Vasos, have fantastic stores in Northeast Ohio and typically the greatest staff ever....I lost my mom about 10 months ago and to cope with giving up work, school, moving back to take care of her, I found an outlet wandering around numerous stores and actually being somewhat productive or at least not crying all day....Not only did my trips become an escape from my dad, who has dementia(stay with me on this), but also I ignored my own health and just finished with chemo for stage 4 Metastatic breast cancer....It's been a fun year, and 99% of my trips have been a great distraction as well as a break for me while getting what I need for the household...I now am about to undergo a blood transfusion to clear out the chemo drugs that worked a bit too well...I am going to say this directly to you since I find the past few days absolutely nothing like the stores and people I have grown to adore such as Kathy, at Surfside, Chung at Vine, Theresa, Darren, and Kevin at Timberlake, and my Autumn and the girls at MOL...YOU HAVE LOST A LOT of really great employees as well with the craziness of running them down or out the door, sorry but it's true....Then you have probably the most embarrassing moment I ever had at the Vine street store when an employee didn't listen at all to a question I first asked, was snippy the entire time(yes I did mention I wish Kathy or Chung were there but only after she was beyond rude)....She even had the audacity to be so rude that the customers BEHIND me yelled at her for being mean to me(different language but you get the point ) and walked out...Kathy at Surfside was the one person who if I I did not contact that night I would never walk into another Dollar General EVER....I am tired of hearing about this situation and now that I hopefully am contacting the correct person, you are able to articulate my thanks to the 99% of the stores and wonderful staff that truly cares....as for that one mean one, maybe it just wasn't her day....And whoever your district or regional managers are, I shouldn't have to hear about them being "pissed " I complained....Clearly if they're using that language, they're not leaders....I hope this finds you Mr Vasos and finds you well....Thanks again
