Dear Mr. Koch:
I work for Newport News Redevelopment & Housing Authority and we are doing business with PODS. I have been trying to get a Vendor Application filled out so we can pay PODS invoices.
I have been getting the run around. I have emailed customer service three times and have not even gotten a response. Today I called and talked to a K. Devenney who I feel was short with me. She would not give me a supervisor or the name of the apparently one person that fills out Vendor applications and only offered to transfer me to someones voicemail. I'm just trying to get this invoice paid in a timely manner. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
