I have tried unsuccessfully to contact your travle part of the company for 2 days now to cancel an upcoming cruise and to only way to do it with the particular cruise line i have is to talk to costco travel. Quite frankly sir they are just not answering the phone.
I would suggest that for the reputation of your company that you have someone look into this immediately.
