Sir, purchased two tix on 03/05/2020, paid $622.44 with credit for balance to vouchers for $545.00, for trip to Nassau Bahamas. Date of travel was 4/16 - 4/20/2020. I cancelled reservations today. Was told that the $62244 wold not be returned, instead two vouchers in the amount of $584.19 wold be provided; and must be used before May 16, 2020! I had no idea the Coronavirus would occur! We are over the age of 60, hence do not want to take a chance of not getting back in the US. Why can't I receive a refund of the $622.44? Your response/assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.
