H8 Mr. Jellinick, since a lot of stores in Canada have self scan now I cannot figure out why Costco doesnât close desks to protect the workers and just do self scan. The employee doesnât necessarily have to be right in the face of customers. Doesnât this make sense. No one is that stupid that they cannot use self scan. I know myself if I was using it I would give help to person beside me.
