Dear mr. Rutledge, I would like to know if this would be a good time for spectrum to take the opportunity to look really good in the publicâs eyes and on a national level, to do something for there customers ,especially some of us long time users, such as lowering our cable bill for a few months . Just asking , I would hate for someone to go to media to try to shame you.
