URGENT - we have tried for 3 days to reach your recovery dept for a payoff extension from 3/28 to 4/6 to allow for closing. I know this is absolutely not the way to go about this but this is urgent.
All phone numbers have resulted in two plus hours of holding and then getting disconnect. Please help.
