I C system attached a complaint on my credit report stating I owe 11 Spectrum $528. There is no account number. Upon contacting I C System and provide them with my name and social security number they could not find an account. They recommended that I contact your company.
I talk to customer service Stan @ 833-267-6094 around 6:28 pm on 04/23/2020. I explain to him my situation. I gave him my name and social security number and he could not find an a.count. He hung up on me and was very rude.
