I understand there is a burden on internet service with everyone using it and I hear how you get service to the Naval ship helping during pandemic and all the other great things but.... Your internet service is crap and I have been a customer since 2002. I am paying for 1.5 Mbps and I'm lucky to get 1 and that is good. Then the phone service, I have tried calling someone and get a busy signal or a message "All lines are busy" and I can pick up my cell and go right through. And I only live 15 miles outside Tyler, TX. AND paying $95 a month for stone age service. This is not just my service, my neighbors complain also. If I could get someone other than Centurylink I would. Take care of the customers you have.
