Karen Summa sent a message to James McCann that said:

Mr. McCann,

I'm writing to you because on your website, it says, "Chris believes strongly in the company’s mantra that its "best product is the customer experience." Unfortunately, my experience with 1-800-flowers has been nothing but disappointing.

Your bio states that you are "well-known for embracing technology innovations that enhance customer engagement." The technology used on your website is frustrating, the follow up emails don't work, and your Executive Customer Service team didn't keep their promise to me. Additionally, while it may be financially savvy to have general customer service reps halfway across the world, they are absolutely the worst representatives of your company.
