JFYI, I am very disappointed in your customer service. We ordered a ppe mask April 7th under a guest sign on. We have not received our order. I keep getting a runaround from your system and people. i do work at a trucking company and we are still working from home. I feel there is no reason I can not talk to a human, being your system does not work for us to get a refund for something we have not received. nothing bothers me more than having poor customer service services. I have been getting a run around for 2 weeks now. the phones are not broken and covid 19 is a poor excuse for bad customer service.
