Ruth Gordon sent a message to James McCann that said:
I want to share with you my disappointing experience with your company. My son who lives in Hong Kong ordered me 1 800 flowers for Mother's Day. Order #207047105. Around 5 days later he asked if I ever received anything to which I said no. Never a call, note on the door or re-delivery attempt. I received a call from executive office earlier (almost two weeks later) with a message for Josh (since he lives in HK) that they credited his credit card along with an apology and statement that she hopes we use them again!!!! Really? I can not believe that your company would not make good on a mistake on your end. Besides the credit back you would think any company with integrity would still go ahead and send me flowers with his original card message to try and show they felt bad. Thought you should know.
