I have been trying to get my auto payment setup up and functioning. I have submitted, dropped off at the local branch, all the necessary paper work. I have talked numerous times and everyone tells me that they have not received the forms. They have taken my information several times and yet I still cannot get this setup. Can someone help me pay on my loan?
