On May 9th you received a purchase via UPS (tracking shows it was delivered and acknowledged) with the promise I'd receive a refund in 5-7 days. After numerous contacts, I finally received an email on May 24th stating that I'd receive a gift card in the mail? Excuse me? Why and where in your return policy does it state that is an option? I want my refund issued to my credit card. On top of that, to add insult to injury, and because I believed my card was paid off when I returned the purchase, you added $2 onto my bill for a late fee. So you get to take almost a month to process a refund. I still have no GIFT card in hand, but you're charging me a late fee. I want a full refund, not a gift card, and I want the $2 backed out of any monies due - immediately!
