I am needing help with Transaction ID 0TM3599161754082P. Because I had not received the Apple AirPod Pros for such a long time I filed a case for item not received. I did finally receive them and the case was closed in favor of the Seller. Rightly so. Now that I have been trying to use them I have found they are not functional. They randomly drop off, don't charge and the right earpod only works 10% of the time. I contacted Apple for support and have been told they will not warrant them because they have been previously modified and are not covered under AppleCare. I need to open a new case in the Resolution Center but it won't let me.
