Big problem with incompetence of Terry Buford and Zack Herraraz, ad said home delivery on the deal I worked out with Terry, all talk and no walk, has been over a week and nothing but wishy washy promises with zero delivery results. I will fill you in on details/emails back and forth when you call or email me. I am not a happy camper. Your concierge customer service has my phone numbers. Terry and Zack have my email. Your prompt attention required and appreciated, huge fan over the years but this is just bad business.
