I thought you should know about the fiasco that has been my attempt to get my internet service fixed.
I had a scheduled appointment, that was cancelled without my OK.
I am struggling to get my work done at home and trying to get an appointment. I was told to go to a public place to use their wifi.
That is a VERY basic idea of what has happened.
If you guys did not have a monopoly....I would leave.
