Jim Wiseman sent a message to Howard Schultz that said:
Dear Mr. Johnson,
I've always admired Starbucks as a leader and a model for other companies to set their standards by, regardless of the sector they service.
Starbucks' response to letting employees wear Black Lives Matter apparel was appropriate and again, a standard to others.
However, I object to anything that sounds threatening, whether direct or veiled. If Starbucks allows anything similar to "No Justice, No peace" I will become an ex-customer immediately.
I cannot believe your company would be blind to the threat involved in those four words.
Please don't allow Starbucks to become a partner in advocating more violence.
Sincerely, Jim Wiseman
