@pultehomes – Richard Dugas – My wife and I live in Del Webb Stone Creek Ocala, Fl. Beginning on 4/28

Mike Williams sent a message to Richard Dugas that said:

My wife and I live in Del Webb Stone Creek Ocala, Fl. Beginning on 4/28 my lawn was removed and replaced due to large dead spots throughout the side and back parts of the lawn. New lawn was installed but a water problem keep the new lawn without water for a couple days. Daily watering occurred from 5/5 through 5/26/2020. All of the watering helped a lot of the new lawn but I am now left with a large section On one side and a portion of the rear yard that “again” appears dead. Several emails have been sent to the HOA but to no avail. I have not contacted the HOA board, yet. We are embarrassed to have friends from “The Villages, Fl.” visit us due to the outside appearance of the yard. I have been patient but we are seriously considering selling this home after 6 months of living here. Our HOA fees have always been paid on time but since they also include yard maintenance I am at the mercy of the HOA and the landscaping company to get this resolved. Do not know what else to do except write to you.
