I am the Adjutant/Paymaster for the Kenosha Marine Corps League. We were going to hold our state convention at the Double Tree Hotel in Pleasant Praise, WI. But due to COVID, we were forced to cancel in April.
The following email is what I received from the hotel.
Hello Jim,
I completely understand. You mentioned that you are interested in possibly booking a meeting later this year once this is all over, so I have included Ellie on this email so she can reach out to discuss dates. You can apply your deposits to that if you decide to that or yes, we will issue you a refund. Just let either of us know what you would like to do and we will make sure it happens.

We finally held a one day meeting on June 13 at a different location.
Since then I received an email stating, we will lose our deposit.
If you can do anything for us it would be greatly appreciated.
