Ms. Barry,

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer just over a year ago and also purchased a 3-yr warranty plan. I began to experience many items being frozen toward the back of the shelves a month ago and called for a service tech. A representative was dispatched and told me that it was "normal to have items freeze toward the back." This refrigerator never started freezing items until last month. I requested an effort to remedy the problem. A part was ordered and replaced. No change occurred. I requested a different representative to be dispatched. Today, the same technician came to my home. I told him that I would like to have a different representative dispatched. I am writing you because I am frustrated. I just want a refrigerator that does not freeze my fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. That's what freezers do.

Your help to remedy my problem would be greatly appreciated.
