Apologies for writing to you directly, however following a faulty furniture delivery today, I called the Customer Service team held or 13 mins, when the call connected I could someone breathing and moving about but they wouldn't respond, so I eventually ended the call and redialled, I waited another 10 mins to have someone answer, breath and hang up. I so disappointed, I tried a chat with a man called Luke who was of no help whatsoever and simply referred me to call the CS number, I asked for a Manager to call me back which he seemed reluctant to do. I had so many issues with the original bedroom furniture that I order in December last year, but I got past that and ordered some drawers to go with it to find this Service, which is absolutely unacceptable.

Please can you arrange for a the faulty item to be collected and refunded to me as soon as possible?
