14 homes on Sunset View & Highland Place, Asheville NC 28804 messed up for 3 weeks. We've had 6 techs on our streets finding no in house problems. All say it is a community optic fiber problem but no one is reporting the problem for repair. Customer Service has no authority to report the need for optic fiber repair outside the houses?! Insane!? How do we get this problem fixed How do you fix your crazy wasted customer service?
