Kevin O'Brien sent a message to Michael OLeary that said:
My 79yr old Mother-in-Law wanted to return to Ireland for probably her last visit. She was told by her Doctor she couldn't fly. A Medical Report was provided to Ryanair and a refund was promised within 7 days.
This was pre-Covid.
She is still awaiting this refund.
This should have been settled before the Lockdown.
Can you please instruct somebody to investigate this matter asap as my Mother-in-Law is terrified she will not receive her money back.
