I have been trying to reach a Verizon representative for 2+ weeks - to no avail. Therefore, I am reaching out to your office for help. I have 2 issues. One is that our landline has so much static that we cannot hear any caller; we consistently need to ask them to call on our cellphone. The second issue is that we want to return our router. After 2 weeks of not being able to reach anyone for router problems we have had to switch to Comcast and we therefore want to return Verizon's router and don't know where to bring it/cancel the monthly charge. Please have someone from your office contact us with how to resolve our issues. Thank you in advance. Ellen
