Lana Ryland sent a message to Bob Sasser that said:
Today I experienced one of your worse employees at your newest store on Coursey Blvd in BAton Rouge. She was beyond rude, she accused me of "coping an attitude" and proceeded to tell me "I aint the one!" It all started when she refused to remove 5 items from my hand basket and when I asked her why, she said I copped an attitude. AT that point she yelled "Brandon, come get this customer out of my line!" and then proceeded to tell me she was not going to check me out. I was fine with that as long as someone checked me out. There is a sign on the door of this store that says no one to enter without a mask and yet there were 4 people in there shopping without masks. When I said something about it, she said she didn't have anyone in the store with no masks and I pointed out the lady she just checked out did not have on a mask and the lady in the line behind me did not have on a mask. Again, she was very angry. Another store worker came over and tried to get her to calm down and walked her outside while "Brandon" took over the register and checked me out. Never, NEVER have I ever experienced this kind of unwarranted treatment. She needs some classes on customer service or she will have a long hard life if she doesn't learn how to control her emotions. Please address this issue with her.
