I have been trying all day to get an appointment booked for an engineer to attend to a fridge freezer bought in February 2020, calls not answered and live chat to busy. Overall zero marks for customer service and in the short time I've had the fridge freezer not too happy with it now its not working correctly, Always had Miele any had 20 years trouble free.
