@CapitalOne – Richard Fairbank – DISAPPOINTED is the only word that I have for Capital One and your customer service

Melinda sent a message to Richard Fairbank that said:

DISAPPOINTED is the only word that I have for Capital One and your customer service.

I called Customer Service today to review savings plans and convert my 360 Savings to a Performance Savings. I was told to go open the account myself on line.

As a long term customer who pays off their credit card balance and is carrying a meager $50K in savings balances, i apparently am not making you enough money to warrant helpful customer service.

DISGRACEFUL and DISAPPOINTING.
