I paid $15.00 for 2 day shipping on a $20.00 item because I needed it ASAP. As of today, 8/12/2020 I have not received my purchase.

8/1/2020 made purchase and selected 2 day delivery.
8/3/2020 Shipped.
8/5/2020 8:57 am Out for delivery
8/5/2020 5:39 pm The street number is incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address.
8/7/2020 11:22 am We received a request to modify the delivery address. (I DID NOT REQUEST TO MODIFY, I STATED THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT).
8/10/2020 8:54 am Out For Delivery Today
8/10/2020 12:09 pm The street number is incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address.

I have told two service reps that my address is correct, deliveries have been made here multiple times, it is not a new structure and I have been here around 3 years.

I have also recommended that the reps, if possible, check my address in your system so they could see that packages have been delivered to me at this address and the address is real. I have also told these reps that Google maps or Google earth will prove that my address exists.

On 8/10/2020 the driver delivered a package to 70 Aloma Rd, this is visible from my location and less than 50 yards away.
I suggest you pull up Google earth on two different tabs, enter my address on one tab and the 70 Aloma address on the other, it will be extremely clear to you that I am not the one with a problem.

This is a rural area, drivers of any type commonly ask directions if they cannot find a location.

On 8/11/2020, I was at 70 Aloma when a driver pulled up in front of the house, sat there a few minutes (2 maybe 3) and then left. No attempt was made to beep the horn to attract attention or knock on the door for directions, just sat for a couple of minutes and then left. Refer to Google earth to see how close together the addresses are and how completely ignorant this whole thing is.

Your CS reps tried to use Covid as an excuse, Covid is not an excuse, your apparent failure to provide your employees the training, resources and tools necessary to succeed is the reason. Any fool with a phone can google my address and see an actual overhead picture; why is this difficult for UPS?

I paid extra for quick delivery, it did not happen, you are telling me my address is incorrect and I am the problem.

Is it OK to offer services, take money for those services, not provide the service and then blame the person or a virus? Not to me.

Explain to me why failure to deliver a package to a valid address, in good weather, on a sunny day cannot be achieved after three attempts.

This whole episode is pathetic, I have wasted almost two weeks waiting for a part and I am on hold because of you.

I want my shipping charge refunded to me, I do not want explanations or excuses.
