I would like to let you know that one of your employees went above and beyond to help me acquire paint to match what I had purchased at another store that had discontinued the paint and did not bother to help me find another type of paint to match the color that I had painted my house, A Mr. Carlos Cabrera (BEHR Pro Paint Sales Service Specialist) working with the Home Depot Paint Department, store # 6814, 7100 North Freeway Fort Worth, TX 76137, along with a very friendly Home Depot employee by the name of Phyllis was able to go out of there way to help me achieve what I thought was impossible because how I was treated at the store where I originally purchased the paint from (Lowe's) who did not even try to help me find another paint to match the original paint I had purchased from them before with there color formula.
I would like to ask you sir if you could find the time to acknowledge Mr. Carlos Cabrera for going out of his way to help me? I would really appreciate it, ccabrera@behr.com , (682)300-0911.
Employees like Mr. Cabrera are a rare breed today with all the madness going on, I have a feeling he will have a very profitable future by his helpful professionalism he displays.
