Good morning, I am hopeful this will get to you. I just wanted to see if there is some way you can help me to get a response from one of your employees? Your bank currently holds our mortgage, and we are in the middle of a refinance with the same. I think. I say, I think, because, we're not sure what is going on and cannot get a return phone call, email, anything from our contact Jeremiah Starcher. We have signed all the documentation and returned as advised. I even went as far as to go into a branch office, who were unable to help me get any further in my inquiries. I do understand that there are a lot of people doing just as we are, we are just trying to establish a timeline for closing. I would appreciate any help you can give me. And, have a great day!
