A merchant who was authorized to charge a $100 payment to my Citibank credit card changed the amount to $1200 and Citibank actually paid it. After several attempts to resolve this issue, Citibank Customer Service never read any documents I provided so I am forced to reach out to the Executive Team and get some type of answers.
