This is for my 76 year old brother who lives in Queens ,NY- His name is Holger Wenzell. Request #23045065. Needs assistance to resolve issue for request for Spectrum Internet Assist Program. It was denied. He was told to disconnect for 1 month, to qualify, and his only connection to the world is internet as he is in final stage liver disease and he has proven he has limited income and although a good customer he longer can continue to pay his current bill. He has never been late in his lifetime. Jessica was great in listenning but Manager Nikki Campbell, retention manager offered 25.00 as a one-time courtesy- That was more like an insult to injury for a man this age- it was a "shut up old man." I myself worked 28 years, when the company used to be ATC in 1981- til 2008 for TWC under Bo Coughlin, Steve Pagano(NY),Tom Adams, and Barry Rosenblum(NY), Chris Van Name in North Carolina and we we practice ethical leaderships. I know you are known for the same practice as well and would appreciate your assistance for my brother in NYC.
