Help! I recently built a house in a small town in TN.
UPS can not seem to find my address for Amazon outside vendors.
I spoke to 17 agents-some by phone and some online- (I have the transcripts) about getting a package. After several different versions of why I didn't get the package it was sent back to amazon.
Today I am waiting for another package. Tracking says its on the way, Amazon said it is on hold.
So what do I do? I understand it is quite common to have issues with a new build. Fed ex can find us as well as the US mail. My 5 year old grandson googled our address.
How do I get my packages? I have several orders in route. I have requested they us FedEx until the problem is resolved.
