I have been trying to get Ebay to fix my store (mailordermadness) since 8/13/2020. When I attemp to upload a new logo or change/edit/delete custom page pictures...i get an Ebay error saying its not you...its us. Meaning Ebay server error. Multiple agents have told me that tickets have been created and multiple Ebay users have reported this. Can you please have this fixed ? Tring to make $$$ in this Covid 19 world.
