Bought iPad 11 Sept 2020 and picked up at store-To make a long story short would not work because showed up as as still being in inventory at store-Told to return by mail by Geek Squad-Best buy received return 18 Sept for refund-After 3 Best Buy chats, one with supervisor and one phone call with Best Buy Customer service told refund is under investigation and call back next week for update-None of this being my fault, the customer-My question,When does the CEO of Best Buy find this unacceptable? Best Buy has already lost me as a customer for life for something that was not my fault.Can you please authorize my refund. Please!
