I have finally given up on your company and customer service! I have been jerked around by your Naperville IL store and customer service system since 10 Oct 2020 over an item I ordered that had not arrived, nor can I get my money back. I ordered two pairs of K6 boots one make one female, after being advised they would arrive by 20th I still donât have the womenâs. I was told by both the store and customer service that Fed Ex lost them. When I said can you send another pair? I was told nope we have to issue you a gift card then u can order again!?!? So now I have to wait 2 weeks for a gift card just to turn around and order the boots again? I tried to pay with cash in the store but was told nope you have to use a cc or gift card!?! So now the gift is ruined and Iâm stuck with a gift card I will never use as I will never purchase from your company again, I will also take to social media and tell people how horrible you treat customers.
