Mr. Rusckowski, I live in Denver, Co and Quest was the only provider available to me to get a COVID test for travel to Hawaii. Testing had to be done within 72 hours of departure and I had mine done 69 hours and 15 mins prior to departure. It was done at a Walmart in Colorado Springs on Mon, 10/26 at 2:30pm. I traveled to Hawaii yesterday, 10/29, and I am quarantined in a hotel room still waiting for results. In discussing this with one of your Managers she said the test was not received until Tu, 10/27 and generally takes 72 hours or so for results. Your website says 48 hours generally after receiving the test. So I did everything I was supposed to do, including paying as I made the reservation, and here I sit in quarantine waiting on my results from Quest. I know you are busy with COVID testing but what more could I have done not to be in this situation? Seems to me your contract with Walmart should stipulate tests need are required to be delivered day of to Quest. Appreciate your support helping me get my results pls.
