Brenda Bradley sent a message to Rodney McMullen that said:
Dear Mr. McMullen
I have failed to contact You before now about this problem with a lot of Your Customers. In talking to Friends and Family I have found I'm not the only Customer of Kroger's having this problem.
What prompted me to contact You this time is because I had @ least 1 dozen of Kroger bags tearing when I was unloading my vehicle. Even the produce bags tore and I had divided my purchases in separate bags so this would not happen.
Surely, Kroger's, being the Giant they are can afford stronger bags to sack groceries. I know Kroger's is in the business to make money, and it seems lots of ð°ð°, Kroger's could well absorb this cost to benefits its Customers. When a Customer is paying $300 to $400 a trip for groceries, the benefit to Kroger's far out weighs the cost of stronger bags.
Thank You Mr. McMullen for taking the time to read this email.
