I have waited online for over 1 hour on 11.9.20 to discuss with a customer specialist about my bill. I had canceled my service in October due to the poor customer service. I was changed this month for service I no longer use. I am trying to discuss this matter with someone to get reimburse. Two gentleman picked up and both stated they need to transfer me to customer service. I been holding since 4:50pm and not one person has picked up. SERIOUSLY!!!!!

I been a customer for a long time….NEVER AGAIN!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!.

I would appreciate a response from you to solve this matter.
