Peggy Neal sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
I am a long time Spectrum customer with multiple accounts; business and personal. Spectrum has taken me through hell and back with their incompetent and terrible customer service. I have literally spent over 14 hours communicating with Spectrum to no avail. I care for a 100% blind mentally and physically disabled sister with cerebral palsy and one hand, along with other disabilities. She needs 24 hour care and keeping her occupied with some form of entertaiment when we are home is crucial. All of this time and work that I have to do by constantly calling Spectrum and being on the phone one and two hours on numerous calls about our service going out and these terrible digital boxes that Spectrum knows are bad is stressing me out. Service people coming and telling me point blank on the phone and in person they can't do anything about the bad boxes, but when I call billing they say they know nothing about bad boxes. This is the short, short, short story of what I'm going thorugh. I just loss a relative that I am the only living relative for and in charge of everything, yet daily I'm dealing with Spectrum denying all my cable, and telephone problems. I am going to right now, stop what I am doing and see if I can find a class action law firm. Because to keep acting like I'm not having all these problem, that by the way I have pictures and phone records to prove it, is emotionally abusive and extremely stressful for me. I am a senior citizen and don't need all of this stress. I am already caring for someone who I need my energy for.
